My client a public listed recruitment group with an envialble client base and market position require a trainee accountancy recruitment consultant for their Nottingham branch.
The Role:
Calling businesses within the Nottinghamshire are ascertaining their recruitment needs within their financial departments.
Taking detailled requirements for support and qualified vacancies
Sourcing, interviewing assessing and recommending relevant candidates
Organising interviews
Placing candidates in either a temporary or permanent vocation.
The Applicant:
Ideally, you will be of graduate calibre with business to business telesales experience looking for that `career` move. You will have an excellent telephone manner, be very professional with strong negotiation skills and the ability to work to targets.
In return the company offer full training, a basic salary of up to Ј17,000 commensurate with experience and on target earnings of Ј35,000 pro rate in the 1st year.
